PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an egg antibody inclusion candy in which activity lowering of an egg antibody (IgY) is suppressed; and a production method of the egg antibody inclusion candy.SOLUTION: An egg antibody inclusion candy includes: an outer layer part that at least includes sugar, and starch syrup; and an inner nuclear part that at least includes sugar, starch syrup, and an egg antibody (IgY), and that is covered by the outer layer part. Provided is a production method of the egg antibody inclusion candy that includes: the outer layer part that at least includes sugar, and starch syrup; and the inner nuclear part that at least includes sugar, starch syrup, and an egg antibody (IgY), and that is covered by the outer layer part. The production method includes: a process in which a candy part of the outer layer part is produced; a process in which a candy part of the inner nuclear part is produced; and a process in which the candy part of the inner nuclear part is coated by the candy part of the outer layer part to mold a candy shape. |
