The diffusion barrier layer (40) is formed of an alloy that contains Re. The reservoir layer (20) is formed of an alloy that contains Al. The stress relaxation layer (50) is formed, for example, of an oxide ceramic that contains Zr, Y, O and at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Ni, Al, Cr, Ti, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Co and Mo. A protective oxide coating film is formed on the reservoir layer (20).
