The covering has solar modules (1) fastened on a T-shaped longitudinal profile and S-shaped transverse profiles of a supporting structure, where the transverse profiles include edges of the modules. Roof battens are fastened in a gap in the structure, where the gap corresponds to dimensions of the modules. The modules are fastened on the battens in such a manner that the modules hang directly in the battens. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a profile for attaching solar modules on a roof structure; (b) a method for covering a building roof; and (c) an application of a solar module as roof covering unit. |
