PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform effective driving support concerning a spot where attention has to be paid in driving a vehicle.SOLUTION: A center device 1 includes: a reception unit 10 for receiving a travel moving image obtained by imaging the circumference of each vehicle mounting an on-vehicle terminal device 2 during traveling from the on-vehicle terminal device 2; a storage unit 15 for storing the travel moving image received by the reception unit 10; an attention point selection unit 17 for selecting a spot where attention has to be paid in driving a vehicle as an attention point; and a delivery unit 19 for delivering a drive support moving image corresponding to the attention point to the on-vehicle terminal device 2 on the basis of the travel moving image stored in the storage unit 15. The on-vehicle terminal device 2 includes: a communication unit 25 for transmitting the travel moving image to the center device 1 and also receiving the driving support image to be delivered from the center device 1; and a display unit 26 for reproducing and displaying the driving support moving image received by the communication unit 25. |
