PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple evaluation method for crossing sensitization that enables data accumulated in an LLNA and an LLNA:DA to be directly utilized.SOLUTION: There is provided the evaluation method for crossing sensitization of a first substance to be examined and a second substance to be examined, the evaluation method including the steps of: applying the first substance to be examined to one earflap of a mouse; applying the second substance to be examined to the other earflap at a certain period after applying the first substance to be examined; and detecting caused reaction of the other earflap 36 to 80 hours after the step of applying the second substance to be examined to the other earflap. |
