PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier tape paper reducing generation of paper powder and excellent in Z-axis strength in spite of using many waste paper pulps.SOLUTION: There is provided a carrier tape paper including a surface layer, at least one middle layer and a back layer, and having the content of waste paper pulp of 100 mass% based on the total pulp in the middle layer, the content of the waste paper pulp of over 70 mass% based on the total pulp in the back layer, and the total percentage of a first layer residue and a second layer residue of 50% or more and the percentage of a fourth layer residue of 5% to 15% in a sieving degree when disintegration pulp disintegrated from the middle layer according to JIS-P8220 is measured with nominal size of a first layer wire gauze of 710 μm, nominal size of a second layer wire gauze of 350 μm, nominal size of a third layer wire gauze of 177 μm and nominal size of a fourth layer wire gauze of 105 μm according to JIS-P8207. |
