The closed-cell foamed homo- or copolymer is a foamed polypropylene. The monoaxially stretched layer has a thickness of 0.3-0.8 g/cm 3>, which is 40% of the total layer thickness of the multi-layer film. The monoaxially stretched layer is a surface layer of the multilayer film. The aluminum based barrier layer is evaporated or is connected with the carrier layer by a laminating adhesive. The barrier layer is arranged between the monoaxially stretched layer and the carrier layer and is connected over an adhesive bonding layer with the monoaxially stretched layer. The multi-layer film is processed in the form of a tube film. The packaging exists in the form of a standing plastic bag or as foldable packages. The non-thermoformed packaging element is the cover of a two-part packaging. The packaging comprises a notch or a perforation with longitudinal adjustments parallel to the longitudinal stretching of the multi-layered film adjacent on the clasp arrangement to be opened.
