PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive particle with insulative particles where the insulative particles are not easily and unintentionally removed from a surface of the conductive particle before conductive connection and the insulative particles are easily removed from the surface of the conducive particle during the conductive connection.SOLUTION: A conductive particle 1 with insulative particles according to this invention includes: a conductive particle body 2 with insulative particles; and a coat 3 coating a surface of the conductive particle body 2 with the insulative particles. The conductive particle body 2 with the insulative particles includes a conductive particle 11 having a conductive layer 13 (a conductive part) on at least its surface and multiple insulative particles 15 disposed on the surface of the conductive particle 11. The coat 3 includes first coat portions 3a covering the conductive particle 11 and second coat portions 3b covering surfaces of the insulative particles 15. A thickness in each first coat portion 3a is equal to or less than a half of an average particle diameter of the insulative particles 15. |
