PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable conductor insulation without using a large device.SOLUTION: A taping device 500 comprises: a travel mechanism 100 which travels while being supported by an object 1; a winding mechanism 200 which winds tape around the object 1 while moving in a longitudinal direction of the object; and a control unit 310. The travel mechanism 100 has: a plurality of travel mechanism rollers which surrounds the object 1 and is rotatable along the longitudinal direction of the object 1; and a travel driving part which supplies rotational driving force to the travel mechanism rollers. The winding mechanism 200 has: a rotary base which rotates around the object 1 while moving in the longitudinal direction of the object 1; a tape supply reel fitting part which is fitted to the rotary base, and to which a tape supply reel can be fitted such that a rotational axis is inclined to the rotary base; and a rotary driving part which drives the rotary base. |
