PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control device for a vehicle which can improve heating efficiency by inside air circulation without crystallization of supercooled water.SOLUTION: An air conditioning control device includes: an air conditioner 2 comprising a defroster blowout port 11c and a blower fan 12 capable of blowing out air-conditioning air, into which outside air is introduced, to an inner surface of a window glass 1 and capable of controlling the amount of the air-conditioning air; and a heater core 14 and a PTC heater 15 which heat the air-conditioning air. The air conditioning control device is provided with a control unit 30 which includes a temperature and humidity sensor 42, an outside air temperature sensor 43, a vehicle stopping time detection part 33, and a supercooling level determination part 34 for determining a supercooling level of supercooled water adhering to the inner surface of window glass 1 based on at least the detected inner surface temperature T1 of the window glass 1, outside air temperature T3, and vehicle stop duration time t1, and when the supercooling level of the water is high, controls the air conditioner 2 so that the amount of the air-conditioning air is made smaller than that at the time when the supercooling level is low. |
