PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a tea stalk in which the tea stalk stands when tea is made, by a simple production process and the simple tea stalk itself.SOLUTION: Tea powder is mixed with Joshinko and water, and milled (a step A); the mixed and milled tea powder is injected from an injection machine 11 to mold a rod-like tea powder 1B (a step B); the same is cut (a step C); the whole is heated to have a heavy specific gravity and a hydrophilic property (a step D); an object that is heavier than water by a specific gravity check is selected (a step E); 5-60% of a length portion from one end is heated at further high temperature and a further short time to form a tea stalk float part 1E that has a light specific gravity and a hydrophobic property (a step F); and an object that floats on a water surface by a specific gravity check is selected (a step G). |
