The invention relates to a coated glass pane with a high performance solar control coating comprising - in sequence from the glass surface - at least the following visibly transparent layers: - a lower anti-reflection layer, preferably comprising a layer of an (oxi)nitride of Al and/or Si, - a lower barrier layer, - an Ag-based functional layer, - an upper barrier layer, - an upper anti-reflection layer, preferably comprising an (oxi)nitride of Al and/or Si, wherein - at least one of the barrier layers comprises WNx (x < 1). The invention also relates to a heat treated coated glass pane and to a process for the manufacture of a heat treatable coated glass pane. |
