PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded article for insulation which has long-time chemical stability, a heat resistance property under a battery use environment and has mechanical properties.SOLUTION: In a gasket 2 as the resin molded article for insulation, a thin film layer 42 made of a synthetic rubber is formed on a surface of a molding layer 41 of a polyamide resin which is molded in a predetermined shape. It is preferable that the thin film layer 42 is formed from chlorosulfonated polyethylene, a styrene-butadiene rubber or a chloroprene rubber. The thin film layer 42 can be formed on the surface of the molding layer 41 by immersion treatment or spray treatment. The thin film layer 41 made of the synthetic rubber is formed on the surface of the molding layer 41, thereby obtaining a battery gasket which has a mechanical strength equal to or more than that of the prior arts and has excellent electrolyte resistance. |
