PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeping room capable of allowing a sleep time photoenvironment of lighting devices in a room to be even closer to the one in natural light cycle of the sunlight for taking a high quality sleep further effectively.SOLUTION: A sleeping room 10 having a bed floor part 14 for inducing sleep by adjusting the room photoenvironment includes: a ceiling lighting fixture 11 adjustable of the illumination intensity and color temperature; a wall lighting fixture 12 and a floor lighting fixture 13 adjustable of the illumination intensity; and a control section for controlling the illumination intensity and the color temperature of these illumination fixtures 11, 12, and 13. The control section is designed to control the illumination intensity and the color temperature for the illumination fixtures 11, 12, and 13 distinctly in the pre-sleep, sleep, and pre-wakeup modes. In the pre-sleep mode, the control section gradually decreases the illumination intensity of the ceiling lighting fixture 11, and increases the lighting intensity of the wall lighting fixture 12 and the floor lighting fixture 13, in order to gradually lower the center of gravity of light from the ceiling to the floor. |
