PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass spectroscope capable of hiding the housing inside of a control chamber during analysis without provision of a housing part after movably forming an ionization chamber in a maintenance position and an analysis position.SOLUTION: An ionization chamber 100 of a mass spectroscope is movable between a maintenance position for maintaining a mass analyzer 50 and an analysis position for analyzing a sample and includes a shield plate 70 which is linked with movement of the ionization chamber 100. When the ionization chamber 100 is arranged at the analysis position, the shield plate 70 closes a part of an opening 61a in a prescribed region. When the ionization chamber 100 is arranged at the maintenance position, the shield plate 70 makes connection pipes 64, 67 possible to pass through a part of the opening 61a in the prescribed region by opening a part of the opening 61a in the prescribed region. |
