PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect abnormality such as jamming in a channel of a solution or a mixture at real time.SOLUTION: A multi-liquid mixing device A for supplying plural kinds of solutions by a predetermined flow rate alternately or sequentially to a common channel 15 for obtaining a mixture comprises: plural flow meters 14a, 14b for individually detecting flow rates of the plural kinds of solutions; and determination means 22 for measuring time required for a one cycle supply step for supplying the plural kinds of solutions by the predetermined flow rate to the common channel 15 based on flow rate detection signals outputted from the plural flow meters 14a, 14b, and when the time required for one cycle supply step is in a range of proper required time, determining that flow of the solutions and mixture is in a normal state, and when the time required for one cycle supply step is out of the range of proper required time, determining that the flow of the solutions and mixture is in an abnormal state. |
