PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a heat exchange device by preventing the temperature increase of an outer shell due to input of heat from a heating heat medium, by applying a low temperature material to the outer shell, and dispensing with installation of an internal heat insulating material.SOLUTION: A heat exchange device is configured so that a heating-heat-medium inlet port is connected to an inner shell, a heating-heat-medium outlet port is connected to a second outer shell provided between an outer shell and the inner shell concentrically with the outer shell, a heating heat medium flowing into the inner shell turns around just before a plenum portion and flows into the heating-heat-medium outlet port from an outside of the inner shell, and so that a second cooling heat medium for cooling the outer shell flows between the outer shell and the second outer shell. |
