A pharmaceutical composition, in particular to a self-emulsifying drug delivery system (SEDDS), comprising (i) an organic phase comprising one or more lipids, one or more surfactants, optionally one or more additional excipients, and (ii) nanoparticles dispersed in said organic phase, wherein (a) the organic phase and/or the nanoparticles comprise at least one active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) and/or (b) the nanoparticles have imaging and/or targeting properties. Also disclosed is a process for preparing said pharmaceutical composition and a dosage form comprising said pharmaceutical composition. |
