This posture aid (1), which is for supporting the head and back of a user seated in a chair, is provided with: frame bodies (10, 20) that are disposed overlapping the front surface or back surface of the back board of a chair; and a cover (50) that is attached to the frame bodies (10, 20). A transparent region such that it is possible to see through from the back surface side to the front surface side is provided to at least the top of the cover (50). By means of such a configuration it is possible to apprehend the state of the user from behind the chair, and the head and back of the user are stabilized. |
