1. A color filter comprising a substrate and a cured layer of a photosensitive resist composition comprising
(A) a polyacrylate monomer of formula (I) wherein n is 4; and R1, R2, and R3 are a group of formula (II) R4 is independently from each other H or methyl; (B) a binder which is a copolymer obtained by polymerizing (a) (meth)acrylic acid, and (b) at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of methyl (meth)acrylate, n-butyl (meth)acrylate, styrene, 2-hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate and benzyl (meth)acrylate, in a molar ratio of (a) to (b) of from 1:4 to 1:1; optionally followed by functionalizing the acidic group of (a) to form formula (IVd) wherein R3 and R7 are identical or different and are hydrogen or methyl; and the molar ratio of (a) to (IVd) in the final copolymer is of from 9:1 to 3:1; (C) a pigment; and (D) a photopolymerization initiator. |
