1. A data storage device comprising:
a nonvolatile memory apparatus including a memory block including a plurality of pages; and a processor suitable for writing write data in target pages selected from the plurality of pages according to a write order, selecting data stored in a least significant bit page, which is written most recently among the target pages, as special management data, selecting a first number of backup pages among the plurality of pages, wherein the first number is a number of empty pages corresponding to one or more incomplete word lines in each of which some pages are used for storing data and the remaining pages are empty in the memory block, and backing up the special management data in the backup pages. |
