When the motion speed of the wireless mobile device is greater than the first threshold velocity or the angle at which the wireless mobile device changes its direction of motion is greater than the first threshold steering angle, the wireless mobile device transmits the second geographic information to the first station and receives from the first station a second scanning-station period, a second threshold velocity, and a second threshold steering angle corresponding to the second geographic information.
