The present invention concerns a system and method of operating an integrated platform of personalized loyalty programs whereby multiple client retailers (or merchants) manage their own loyalty program as part of a bigger master program where members' points may be collected and redeemed at any participating client retailer's store. The objective of such a system is to provide customers with a single reward card that they can use with multiple merchants (to accumulate and to exchange their points), and to allow merchants to access their members' centralized spending data and purchase trends data stored in the system. |
