The gas stove has a gas burner comprising outer and central burner caps (1, 2) arranged on outer and central chambers of a gas mixing chamber, respectively. A central drip catcher (5) is provided between the outer and central chambers for collecting and receiving liquid that drops off between the chambers. A gap (9) is formed between the drip catcher and outer chamber, opens into a space below a covering plate and supplies bleed air to the burner. The drip catcher is made of cold rolled sheet steel with enamel coating. A projection (8) is formed at a side wall of the outer chamber. The gas stove operates with different gases e.g. natural gas, industrial gas, LPG and biogas. |
