The present invention provides a coating material with which it is possible to form a coating film that is difficult for clothing dye to adhere to and is free of squeakiness on the surface of a base member such as a rubber molded article. The present invention is a coating material characterized by including primary particles of a fluorine resin having an average particle size of 0.2-200 nm, 0.1-250 mass% of a curable silicone resin relative to the primary particles of fluorine resin, and water.
