The present invention relates to a network technique of a network terminal that is on a profile network, wherein a method for controlling the power consumption of a network terminal that is on a profile network comprises the steps of: (a) connecting to another network terminal via a virtual link that is defined by means of a maximum transmission length of a frame and a minimum transmission interval between frames; (b) transmitting a current frame via the virtual link; and (c) if the current frame has been transmitted, controlling power consumption until prior to the elapsing of the current minimum transmission interval. |
