A three-dimensional printing method and a three-dimensional printing device using the method. The three-dimensional printing method comprises a step of starting printing (S1), a step of pausing three-dimensional printing (S2) and a step of continuing three-dimensional printing (S3), wherein the step of pausing three-dimensional printing (S2) comprises a step of inputting a printing pause command (S21), a step of stopping printing head extruding (S22), a step of recording printing information (S23), and a step of maintaining the temperature of the printing head and the temperature of a three-dimensional printing platform and maintaining the height of the three-dimensional printing platform (S26); and the step of continuing three-dimensional printing (S3) comprises a step of inputting a printing continuation command (S31), and a step of the printing head continuing printing according to the printing information (S33). By means of the method, material consumption and waste may be reduced, and at the same time, overall costs of a printer will not increase. |
