According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a wireless resource scheduling method. This method includes: generating format information that specifies the format of resource allocating information, the format corresponding to the number of multiple mobile stations simultaneously communicating with the wireless base station; generating the resource allocating information having the format specified by the format information corresponding to a wireless resource to be allocated to the multiple mobile stations; and transmitting the resource allocating information to the multiple mobile stations.
