A rear-surface-side grid electrode (6a) has a plurality of connection protrusions (6t) protruding from the side surface of the rear-surface-side grid electrode (6a) in the direction intersecting the extending direction of the rear-surface-side grid electrode (6a) and disposed divided along the extending direction of the rear-surface-side grid electrode (6a). The protrusion lengths of the plurality of connection protrusions (6t) from the side surface of the rear-surface-side grid electrode (6a) in incrementally greater distances from a specific reference position on one surface side of a semiconductor substrate are longer in the extending direction of the rear-surface-side grid electrode (6a). |
