A voice processing method and device. The method comprises: a current voice recognition thread acquiring a voice data packet stored according to a set rule (S102); calling a voice recognition instance so as to perform voice recognition processing on the acquired voice data packet (S104); after completing the processing on the acquired voice data packet, judging whether the other voice data packets to be processed also exist (S106); and if so, returning to the step of the current voice recognition thread acquiring the voice data packet stored according to the set rule, and continuing to perform voice recognition processing on other voice data packets, wherein the acquired voice data packet and the other voice data packets belong to different voice connections. The method can make voice recognition server resources be fully used for processing a voice request. |
