Disclosed is a multi-functional straw briquetting and shaping machine. A main electric motor (2) is mounted above a case (1) of the multi-functional straw briquetting and shaping machine. A main shaft (3) is perpendicularly fixed within the case (1). A lower planetary plate (5) and an upper planetary plate (6) are mounted on the main shaft (3). An inner gear ring (7) is horizontally fixed at the middle of the case (1). A planetary shaft gear (9) is mounted between the lower planetary plate (5) and the upper planetary plate (6). The planetary shaft gear (9) meshes with the inner gear ring (7). A big gear (8) is fixed under the lower planetary plate (5). The big gear (8) is driven by the main electric motor (2) via a gear reducing mechanism (4) so as to drive the lower planetary plate (5) and the upper planetary plate (6) to rotate. A ring mould (10) is horizontally fixed to the top end of the case. A planetary clamping roller (13) is fixed to the upper end of the planetary shaft gear (9). An inner cover (15) is connected above the ring mould (10). The middle of the inner cover is connected to a feeding means (16). The present device adopts a horizontal structure which has good stability, and the compression shaping mechanism is changeable which realizes multi-product, low-power dissipation, and high efficiency production. |
