A rotor 1 has: a shaft 2; a ring-shaped rotor core 3 having an inner circumferential surface having a diameter larger than that of the outer circumferential surface of the shaft 2 and having a groove portion 15 on the inner circumferential surface, said groove portion 15 extending in the direction of the rotational axis; a magnet 4 provided on the rotor core 3; and a connection component 5 integrally molded of a resin and connecting the shaft 2 and the rotor core 3. The connection component 5 has: an inner cylindrical portion 10 disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft 2; an outer cylindrical portion 11 disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the rotor core 3; a rib portion 6 for connecting the inner cylindrical portion 10 and the outer cylindrical portion 11 in the radial direction of the rotor core 3; and a filled portion 12 connected to the outer cylindrical portion 11 and formed of a resin filled in the groove portion 15. The filled portion 12 has: a filled section 12a extending from the inner circumferential surface of the rotor core 3 toward the radial direction and having a width L1 in a direction orthogonal to the radial direction; and another filled section 12b connected to the filled section 12a and having a width L2 larger than the width L1 in the direction orthogonal to the radial direction.
