The invention relates to pre-fabricated modular construction elements and to a modular construction system using said elements for the construction of buildings for any purpose, for example housing, offices, industrial facilities, swimming pools, etc. The pre-fabricated modular construction elements of the invention can be used independently or in association, both in the same plane and at different heights, as they are also freestanding, thereby providing a construction system that allows buildings to be defined with independent or associated spaces using such elements in a simple, versatile and rapid manner. |
