The present invention discloses a terminal device having a rotatable image acquisition member, comprising a magnetic body and a sensor. A change in magnetic flux accompanying the rotation of the magnetic body is detected by the sensor, for detecting whether the image acquisition member is in a front position state or a rear position state. The magnetic body is installed at an inner portion or end portion of a connection member of the image acquisition member. The sensor is installed on the circuit board via a base surface perpendicular to a z-axis connection line of the sensor. When the image acquisition member is positioned at the front position or the rear position, an included angle in a rotation direction between a connection line of the north and south poles of the magnetic body and a radial direction connection line of an image acquisition unit comprised by the image acquisition member is less than a preset value. This configuration method requires a small structural space, resolving the problem of limited structural space in a terminal device for providing a device for detecting the state of a rotating imaging member.
