[Problem] An information processing device, information processing method, and program that make it possible to ascertain, with greater accuracy, whether a person is moving in synchronization with a tempo. [Solution] An information processing device comprising: a learning unit for comparing a predetermined tempo and feature amounts for movement data acquired from a movement sensor for sensing movement of a region of the body, and storing in a learning database feature amounts for movement data that have been assessed to be similar to the tempo; an assessment unit for calculating the degree of similarity between the feature amounts for movement data of the sensed region of the body of a user and the feature amounts for movement data for the same region as stored in the learning database, and, in the event that the degree of similarly fulfills particular criteria, assessing that the feature amounts are synchronized with the predetermined tempo; and a prediction unit that, on the basis of the feature amounts for movement data for said same region as stored in the learning database and for movement data for other regions stored as a set, predicts the movement of said other regions of the user once the synchronization assessment has been made. |
