A steel belt temper mill guide plate and carrier roller assembling mechanism comprises a lifting lug connecting plate (1). A first lifting lug (2), a second lifting lug (3), and a third lifting lug (4) are separately connected to the lifting lug connecting plate (1). A first hydraulic cylinder (7) is connected to the third lifting lug (4), a base (6) is provided at the bottom of the first hydraulic cylinder (7), and the first hydraulic cylinder (7) is movably connected to the base (6) through a fourth lifting lug (5). A second hydraulic cylinder (8) is disposed on the first lifting lug (2) and the second lifting lug (3). A first guide plate (9) is fixedly connected to the first lifting lug (2), and a compression roller (11) is disposed at the end of the first guide plate (9). A second guide plate (10) is fixedly connected to the second lifting lug (3), a speed measurement roller (13) is disposed at the end of the second guide plate (10), and the first guide plate (9) is hingedly connected to the second guide plate (10) through a carrier roller (12). The steel belt temper mill guide plate and carrier roller assembling mechanism is reasonable in structural design and convenient in operation and control. It can be guaranteed that a thin steel belt conveniently, rapidly, and accurately conducts belt head guiding, belt head pressing, and anti-folding operation in the temper milling process; meanwhile, the product quality is guaranteed, and the production efficiency is improved. |
