The present invention relates to a three-dimensional scanning device and a scanned three-dimensional image generating for a pipe, capable of creating a shape model which conforms to a model according to a plurality of distance data sensed by a plurality of distance sensors having an overlapping sensing region, and generating a three-dimensional image for the inner surface of the pipe by mapping images picked up by a plurality of side cameras to the shape model, thereby improving scanning accuracy and reducing the manufacturing cost of the device.
