Disclosed is an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber which contains an ethylene unit and an α-olefin unit having from 3 to 20 carbon atoms (inclusive), and which satisfies the following requirements (a) and (b). Requirement (a): When the total of the content of the ethylene unit and the content of the α-olefin unit is taken as 100% by mass, the content of the α-olefin unit is from 50% by mass to 70% by mass (inclusive). Requirement (b): The product of monomer reactivity ratios, which is the product of the reactivity ratio of ethylene and the reactivity ratio of α-olefin, is 0.70 or less; and the product of monomer reactivity ratios is a value obtained from 13C-NMR spectrum.
