a) one or more eyeglass lenses; and b) a flexible eyeglass housing comprising an outer frame comprising one or more continuous grooves retaining the one or more eyeglass lenses, wherein the flexible eyeglass housing further comprises an inner frame of a flexible material that comprises a continuous groove configured to receive a front portion of eyeglasses.
