Provided are a single-use cell culturing apparatus and a culturing bag, which can improve efficiency in stirring a culture solution and which further reduce the possibility of leakage of the culture solution. A single-use cell culturing apparatus 100 according to the present invention is provided with a flexible housing part 2 that houses a culturing bag 1 capable of sealing a culture solution 7 therein. On the internal surface of the housing part 2, a curved convex-shaped protrusion 4 is provided at one portion of a contact surface at which a contact is made with the culturing bag 1. The culturing bag 1 according to the present invention is housed in the housing part 2 of the single-use cell culturing apparatus 100, is flexible, can seal therein a culture solution, and is provided with a recess 1a having a shape corresponding to the curved convex-shaped protrusion 4 provided at one portion of the housing part 2.
