Provided in the present invention are a call processing method and device. The method comprises: receiving a first speaking right release message, wherein the first speaking right release message is used to request releasing a speaking right of a calling call of a first terminal; and releasing the speaking right of the first terminal according to a protection attribute of the speaking right of the first terminal and a time of the calling call of the first terminal. The present invention addresses the problem in the related art in which a centralized management of speaking rights cannot be realized, thereby realizing the centralized management of speaking rights. |
