The present invention provides a data transmission method, a base station and a user equipment, so as to prevent data loss in an LTE-WLAN aggregation process. The method in an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base station acquires a first data loss indication parameter and a second data loss indication parameter of a UE, the first data loss indication parameter being used for indicating PDCP PDUs that are determined by a UE to be lost, the second data loss indication parameter being used for indicating a first highest serial number, and the first highest serial number being a highest serial number of the PDCP PDUs received by the UE; and the base station determines, according to the first data loss indication parameter and the first highest serial number, PDCP PDUs that are not received by the UE, and sends the PDCP PDUs that are not received to the UE. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, a base station can determine, according to a first data loss indication parameter and a second data loss indication parameter, all PDCP PDUs that are lost by the UE, and retransmits the PDCP PDUs to the UE, and accordingly data loss in an LTE-WLAN aggregation process can be prevented. |
