1. An organic EL display device comprising:
a first stack having an inorganic insulating film and a conductive film which has a contact part; a TFT circuit layer provided on the first stack, the TFT circuit layer includes a circuit including a thin film transistor (TFT, which includes a gate, a source and a drain, is electrically connected with the conductive film; an organic EL element layer provided on the TFT circuit layer and including an organic EL element; and a sealing layer covering the organic EL element layer and including an inorganic insulating material, wherein the organic EL display device has a display area, in which pixels are arranged, and a frame area, and wherein the conductive film overlaps the display area in plan view.
