A combined forging and stamping device, comprising: a frame, a slider (10), a master hydraulic cylinder (6) for driving the slider, and a lower lifter hydraulic cylinder (14), the frame having a left electric screw mechanism (2) and a right electric screw mechanism (12) mounted thereon; a left fixing wedge (5) and a right fixing wedge (9) being provided on the slider (10); wedge mold-locking mechanisms being provided on an upper surface of the slider (10) and a lower surface of an upper beam (7), when operating, the slider (10) moving downwards in position, the wedge mold-locking mechanisms locking the slider (10) against a tension generated at the time of forging and stamping; the left electric screw mechanism (2) and the right electric screw mechanism (12) achieving fast extrusion and forging transversely. During the forging and stamping, the slider (10) is locked by means of the wedge mold-locking mechanisms and then forging and stamping is performed from two sides, and thus fast impact-extrusion is achieved by the electric screw mechanisms. By means of clamping mold first and then impact-extruding, it is possible to achieve non-flash forging of the blank, saving raw materials and lowing the cost of the blank. |
