A transmission method comprises: a site determines a composition structure of a burst, the burst comprising data and a seizing signal; the site determines a transmission sequence of the data and the seizing signal; the site determines a time-frequency transmission position of the seizing signal; and the site transmits the burst according to the composition structure, the transmission sequence, and the time-frequency transmission position. By means of above the technical solution, a data/signal transmission mode is determined, and the problem of how to determine a data/ signal transmission mode in the related technical solution is resolved.
