The present invention relates to a method for producing nitrogen-based, low-temperature atmospheric pressure plasma for treatment or regenerative promotion of damaged muscles, and a method for treatment and regenerative promotion of damaged muscles by using the same. The nitrogen-based, low-temperature atmospheric pressure plasma of the present invention can effectively induce muscle cell activation, muscle cell migration to damaged regions, and muscle cell proliferation and differentiation, without a surgical operation, or during a treatment process after a surgical operation, thereby being usable for a novel agent and a method for treating muscle damage and muscle damage-associated diseases. |
