Provided is a construction method for a single-tube high-throughput sequencing library. The method can quickly complete library construction for a plurality of target sequences, and, in combination with a high-throughput sequencing platform, may perform multi-gene and multi target-point detection for somatic cells on the basis of a small number of clinical samples.
