The present invention provides an attachment structure in which a passage through which a magnet is able to move is formed to protrude from the back side of a surface layer, a cushion layer is stacked on the back side of the surface layer other than the passage, and a back side layer is stacked on the back side of the passage and on the back side of the cushion layer in a state in which at least one magnet has been inserted into the passage, wherein a cover is provided on a part of the back side of the passage so as to be opened and closed to enable the magnet to enter or exit from the passage, an opening is formed in a part of the back side of the cushion layer facing the cover, and a magnetic metal plate having a functional element mounted thereon is located near the magnet, which makes it possible to movably attach the functional element to the inner wall of a vehicle without damaging the interior ambience of the vehicle. |
