Provided are: a fiber-reinforced polyamide resin composition which is capable of suppressing the generation of voids and having excellent melt fluidity without being deteriorated in mechanical characteristics, while being decreased in water absorbability and enabling the formation of a molded body having improved surface smoothness; and a molded body of this fiber-reinforced polyamide resin composition. A resin composition according to the present invention contains a polyamide resin, a fibrous reinforcing material and a compound having a 9, 9-bisaryl-fluorene skeleton. The compound having a 9, 9-bisaryl-fluorene skeleton may be a compound represented by formula (1). (In the formula, a ring Z represents an aromatic hydrocarbon ring; each of R1 and R2 represents a substituent; X represents a -[(OR3)n-Y] group (wherein Y represents a hydroxyl group, a mercapto group, a glycidyloxy group or a (meth)acryloyloxy group; R3 represents an alkylene group; and n represents 0 or an integer of 1 or more) or an amino group; k represents an integer of 0-4; m represents an integer of 0 or more; and p represents an integer of 1 or more.) |
