An LED light source structure. The light source structure comprises: a fixed frame (20), an LED chip (30), a packaging adhesive (40), and a quantum dot glass box (10). The fixed frame (20) is provided from the bottom to the top with a packaging groove (201) and a mounting groove (202). The width of the mounting groove (202) is greater than the width of the packaging groove (201). The LED chip (30) is packaged within the packaging groove (201) by the packaging adhesive (40). The size of the mounting groove (202) is adapted to that of the quantum dot glass box (10). The quantum dot glass box (10) is engagedly arranged within the mounting groove (202). The quantum dot glass box (10) comprises a glass box (11) and a quantum dot fluorescent powder material (12). The glass box (10) is provided with an accommodating cavity (111).
